Constructed from same 100% merino wool as our expedition-weight base layers, our 400G Merino Balaclava is a warm, versatile head protection layer with the versatility to be worn multiple ways – as a cap, pulled down to cover the neck, or with nearly full-facial coverage. Naturally moisture-wicking and odor resistant, merino wool can absorb up to 30% of its weight in water without feeling damp or clammy.
