How long does shipping take within Europe?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Remote areas may require additional time. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
What is your return policy for Filson Europe?
We accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain sale items may be final sale.
How should I care for my Tin Cloth or Rugged Twill products?
Do not machine wash or dry clean. Wipe or brush away dirt. Re-wax as needed with our Filson Oil Finish Wax to maintain maximum water resistance.
Are duties and taxes included in my order total?
For orders within the EU, VAT is included in the price. For non-EU European countries, customs duties and local taxes may be applied by the carrier at the time of delivery.
Can I have my Filson luggage repaired?
Yes, we operate a dedicated repair center. If your item is damaged due to normal wear and tear or accidental damage, we offer repair services for a reasonable fee to keep your gear in the field.
